REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ramesh Jadavji Raithatha, of P.O. Box 46385, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Flat No. 6 on LR. No. 1870/IV/148, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, and whereas Ecobank Kenya Limited (the successor to Akiba Loans and finances Limited) executed a discharge document in favour of Ramesh Jadavji Raithatha on 3rd March, 2011, and whereas the High Court in Civil case No. 584 of 2008 (OS) vested within written flat to Magdalene Njoki Muiruri, and whereas Magdalene Njoki Muiruri transferred the flat to Fatuma Zamzam Haji, and whereas affidavits have been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the original lease has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the discharge and register the referenced discharge, vesting order transfer provided no valid objection has been received within that period, Dated the 19th April, 2024.
