IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by the Physical Planners Registration Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development appoints— Under section 5— Emily Georgina Nyongesa; Under paragraph 1(a)— Peris Chepchirchir Mang’ira (Dr.); Under paragraph 1(d)— Cyrus Mbisi Ogutu, Wilfred Ochieng Omollo (Dr.), to be the registrar and members of the Physical Planners Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 19th April, 2024.
