NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2029, in Volume DI, Folio 68/807, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Margaret Wanjuhi Naserian Gakami, of P.O. Box 50569–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Margaret Wanjohi Chege, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Margaret Wanjohi Chege and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Margaret Wanjuhi Naserian Gakami, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Margaret Wanjuhi Naserian Gakami only.
