NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 7th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 518, in Volume B-13, Folio 2286/79120, File No. 1637, by our client, Mumtaz Nkirote Iqbal, formerly known as Mumtaz Iqbal Hussein, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mumtaz Iqbal Hussein, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mumtaz Nkirote Iqbal, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mumtaz Nkirote Iqbal only.
