NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 15th February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2037, in Volume D1, Folio 66/774, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Ahmed Lwangu Kiganga, of P.O. Box 1150–50300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Paul Lwangu Kiganga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Paul Lwangu Kiganga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmed Lwangu Kiganga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmed Lwangu Kiganga only.
