THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Humprey Mbayi Wavomba, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.5 acres or thereabout, known as Ndivisi/Ndivisi/1240, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Bungoma in Civil Suit No. 208 of 2001, has decreed that Wanyonyi Murunga is entitled to that piece of land by virtue of adverse possession, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I will dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the implementation of the said court order and the land title deed issued earlier to the said Humprey Mbayi Wavomba, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
