WHEREAS Cleophas Ngeywa, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kitale Municipality Block 15 Koitogos/2111, had been closed on subdivision, and whereas the Envornment and Land Court at Kitale Land Case No. 138 of 2015, has ordered for the cancellation of all the resultant subdivisions from the above piece of land, notice is given to proprietors of the pieces of land registered under title Nos. Kitale Municipality Block 15/Koitogos/3925, 3926, 3927 and 3928 of cancellation of all title deeds resulting from such subdivision and reinstatement of piece of land registered under title No. Kitale Municipality Block 15 Koitogos/2111.
