REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Munyao Mutua (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Iveti/Misakwani/1632, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) opened thereof has been lost or misplaced, and whereas the administrators of the estate of Mutua Munyao (deceased) have filed LRA 39 and L.R.A. 42 at the Land Registry, Machakos, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
