REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amina Mohamed Haji, of P.O. Box 88356–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold of all that piece of land containing 0.0325 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 10519/III/MN, situate in the North of Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 72415, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
