REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jogoo Shoe Polish and Other Products (E.A.) Co., of P.O. Box 329, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 4148/1085, situate in Thika Township in the Thika District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 11935/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
