Box 4632–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Faraj Wachira Ndirangu (minor), formerly known as Darren Dobson Wachira, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Darren Dobson Wachira and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faraj Wachira Ndirangu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Faraj Wachira Ndirangu only.
