APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 14th July, 2023, I appointed Hesbon K. Mbuthia, Assistant Commissioner for Co- operative Development, to be liquidator for Ite Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/2329) (in liquidation), for a period not exceeding nine (9) months, and whereas the said Hesbon K. Mbuthia has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation period for Ite Farmers Co-operative Society Limited CS/2329 for another period not exceeding six (6) months and appoint (1) Hesbon K. Mbuthia and (2) Stephen W. Kamau to act as joint liquidators in the matter of the said Co-operative Society. Dated the 15th March, 2024. DAVID K.
