IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (a) of the Political Parties Act, 2011, the Registrar of Political Parties gives notice that the following political parties have applied for provisional registration under section 6 of the Act: Name Party Colors Party Symbol Slogan Founder Members Imarisha Uchumi Party (IUP) Grey, dark teal blue, white and sunrise yellow Power line on post ‘Inatuhusu’ Alex Kanyi Kimani Maxwell Ochieng’ Nduko Patricia Nduleve Nzambu Peoples’ Forum for Rebuilding Democracy (PFRD) Maroon, blue with red and green as minors Ballpoint pen with blue signature at the tip ‘The party to be, the change we want’ Elizabeth Nthenya Joshua Benard Ochieng’ Adera Bilha Mukami Njoroge Any person with written submissions concerning the registration of the above political parties shall within seven (7) days from the date of this publication deposit them with the Registrar of Political Parties.
