THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rama Enyonga Nyasali, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 94/155, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the hearing held in the registrar’s office and upon verification of evidence adduced by parties present made a declaration that the said piece of land to belong to Himanishi Limited, and whereas all efforts made to recover the certificate of lease issued in respect of the above land by the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration and issue certificate of lease to the said Himanishi Limited, and upon such registration the certificate issued earlier to the said Rama Enyonga Nyasali, shall be deemed to be canceled and expunged from the records.
