REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gasper Walele Mwanguwa (deceased), of P.O. Box 1606–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2844 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block IX/244, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
