REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aziza Khalid, as an administrator of the estate of Omar bin Babu alias Omar bin Babu Lejomvu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in freehold of all that piece of land containing 3.9 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 172/V/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 3038, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
