NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 543, in Volume D1, Folio 51/624, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mohamed Noor Osman, of P.O. Box 15472– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Hassanow Edin, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Hassanow Edin, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Noor Osman, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Noor Osman only.
