NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 2nd February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 241, in Volume D1, Folio 47/447, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Cecilia Ngina, of P.O. Box 22717–00100, Nairobi, formerly known as Cecilia Ngina Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Cecilia Ngina Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cecilia Ngina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Cecilia Ngina only.
