NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 11th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1122, in Volume D1, Folio 12/95, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Barbara Njeri Murugi, of P.O. Box 228, Nairobi, formerly known as Barbara Njeri Ireri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Barbara Njeri Ireri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Barbara Njeri Murugi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Barbara Njeri Murugi only.
