NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Principal Magistrates Court at Baricho, under miscellaneous case No. E34 of 2022 to the owners of the motor cycles, 2 bicycles, burnt motor vehicle shell and assorted scrap metals at Kagio Police Station within seven (7) days from the date of this publication of this notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said motor cycles, 2 bicycles, burnt motor vehicle shell and assorted scrap metals.
