NOTICE is given that a petition for the liquidation of the above mentioned company by the High Court was on the 29th May, 2023 presented to the said court by Zan Steel Limited and the said petition is coming up for hearing before the High Court sitting in Milimani, Nairobi on the 10th June, 2024. Any creditor or interested party or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose. A copy of the said petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
