REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salim Omar Mwahongo (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Tiwi/1000, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E468 of 2023, has vested the property to (1) Hamisi Salim Sauti, (2) Omari Salimu Mwaliphunzo and (3) Mwanasiti Salim Mwawende, whereas the said land title deed issued Salim Omar Mwahongo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said (1) Hamisi Salim Sauti, (2) Omari Salimu Mwaliphunzo and (3) Mwanasiti Salim Mwawende, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Salim Omar Mwahongo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
