REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kesi Abdalla Bakari (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Waa/1435, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. 114 of 2014 has vested the property to (1) Hemed Abdaala Mwaumbeya, (2) Hassan Kishindo Mwawasaa, (3) Omar Mohamed Mwawasaa, (4) Mwinyi Bakari Mwawasaa, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kesi Abdalla Bakari (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 respectively, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kesi Abdalla Bakari (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
