WHEREAS Njiri Aloo Oluoch (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta I/22402, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title to (1) Liliane Oloo Njiri and (2) Mourice Ochieng Martin, Succession Cause No. 266 of 2022 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori.
