THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ayub Njoroge Kanyua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.384 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Wanjohi/3217 and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Engineer in Succession Cause No. 154 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration to Muiruri Njoroge Kanyua (ID/3637196), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ayub Njoroge Kanyua (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ayub Njoroge Kanyua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
