REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Lenny Maxwell Kivuti and (2) Hildah Kanini Kivuti, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 92/313 and Nairobi/Block 92/314, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, and whereas by an order of the court dated 24th January, 2024, ELC Case No. 2 of 2021 in the Environment and Land Court at Milimani, the court has ordered for surrender of the titles for purposes of cancellation, and whereas this office has issued adequate notice to (1) Lenny Maxwell Kivuti and (2) Hildah Kanini Kivuti to surrender the said titles for cancellation but declined to do so, notice is given that the following leases and certificate of titles Nairobi/Block 92/313 and Nairobi/Block 92/314 registered in the name of (1) Lenny Maxwell Kivuti and (2) Hildah Kanini Kivuti are revoked and cancelled.
