REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muchemi Njoroge Kabuu (ID/2885127), is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.250 hectares or thereabout, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block II/5421 (Mutukanio), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstructed the lost green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
