THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Farid Faraj Awadh, of P.O. Box 14–80119, Vipingo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 408.5 hectares or thereabout, known as Plot No. 5025/93, situate in South of Takaungu in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 34804, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect of thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
