THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salim Khamis Salim, of P.O. Box 82693–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0172 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Block XVI/1002, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
