APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (2) (a) of the Standards Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry appoints— ANTHONY MURIUKI MUNYIRI to be the chairperson of the National Standards Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th March, 2024. The appointments* of Peter Munyiri Maina and Gilbert Lagat are revoked. Dated the 13th March, 2024.
