APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (c) of the Fisheries Management and Development Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs appoints— SHUKRAN GURE to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Fisheries Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th March, 2024. The appointment* of Jessica Gakinya is revoked. Dated the 13th March, 2024.
