TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2023 By (1) Shamir Esmail Ali Mohamed Mussani and (2) Farzana Esmail Ali Mohamed Mussani, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nargis Ismail Ali Mohamed, who died at Nairobi, on 21st July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Akbarali Suleiman Sidi, of P.O. Box 18001–00500, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor of the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will and the last testament to the estate of Zulekha Mohamed Juma alias Zulekha Suleman, who died at Nairobi, on 23rd February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
