TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Cherop Chebulet, of P.O. Box 148–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Lagat Joshua, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jospeh Chumo arap Mitei, who died at Nandi, on 20th January, 2007. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By Samwel Kiboor Kemboi, of P.O. Box 148–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Lagat Joshua, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marusang Kibunei, who died at Nandi, on 20th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
