TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By (1) Joyce Muthoni Njenga and (2) Wilson Kuria Njenga, both of P.O. Box 22, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njoki Njenga, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Waithira Wangari and (2) John Mungai Wangari, both of P.O. Box 241, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wangari Mungai, who died at Kimomori, on 17th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
