E6 OF 2024 By Mary Wangui Joseph, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Babu Mucheru, who died at Mpeketoni S.C.H., on 17th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Charity Wanjiku Gitari and (2) John Maina Gitari, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitari Miano Kangangi, who died at Uziwa, on 5th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By (1) Charity Wanjiru James and (2) Samuel Wandu Kago, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wanjiku Kago, who died at Mpeketoni S.C.H., on 3rd October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
