TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Florence Awuor Amuno, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloyce Okongo Amuno alias Aloice Okongo Amuno, who died at Ojwando “A” Sub-location, on 20th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Patrisia Awuor Oyiro, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Anyango Ojiro, who died at Nyalgunga Sub-location, on 20th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
