CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Bedina Makungu Odinga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisai Odinga Ligunia, who died at Itando Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 1st March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2024 By (1) Tom Marinda Joram, (2) Henry Adagi and (3) Fredrick Muzimi Madoya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ribese Rukiriga, who died at Igunga Sub-location, on 22nd September, 1994. E54 OF 2024 By Joseph Andande Mahiva, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mahiva, who died at Gavudunyi Sub-location, on 15th March, 1999.
