TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By (1) Andriano Nkonge M’Mucheke and (2) Thomas Muthuri M’Inthaka, both of P.O. Box 48–402, Igoji in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Murungi M’Mwithiga alias Murungi Mwithiga, who died at Gikui Sub-location, on 12th October, 1983. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2023 By Zachary Gitonga M’Ngiti, of P.O. Box 646, Nkubu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngiti M’Twarandu, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
