Box 202, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugo Ndaru, who died at Kithunthiri Sub-location, on 28th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By (1) Samuel Njeru Nyaga and (2) Jacinta Wereri Njue, both of P.O. Box 36, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njeru Nyaga alias Kithaka Mutabo, who died at Kiaritha Sub-location, on 10th February, 2005. Box 1380, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wanza Ndiva, who died at Oll Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 4th February, 2023. Box 166, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthutu Itugura, who died at Kirie, on 5th May, 1980. Dated the 22nd January, 2024.
