CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By John Muriithi Gichohi, of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Gichohi Ndirangu, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Samson Karoki Kihara, of P.O. Box 184, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Kihara, who died at Kairuthi Sub-location, on 29th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
