TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2023 By Samwel Kiprono Chepkwonyi, of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiplangat Chepkwony alias Kiplangat A. Chepkwony, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 5th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Tapsabei Tesot and (2) Ziporah Cherotich, both of P.O. Box 49, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech Rogito alias Chebusit Rogito, who died at Silibwet Sub-location, on 25th December, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
