TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2023 By Benedict Odhiambo Ogol, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Ogol Odiero, who died at Nyalunya, on 28th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By Jane Oda Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrice Otieno Ochola alias Otieno Ochola, who died at Nyalunya, on 13th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
