TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th March, 2024 CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Aming’o Manya and (2) Maurice Oderah Manya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roda Okoko Manya alias Roda Musa Manya, who died at Nyahera, on 13th April, 1973. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By Eratso Sedah Ondu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ayieko Ondu, who died on 11th March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
