TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2023 By (1) Wilson Maina Macaria and (2) Duncan Kabochi Macharia, both of P.O. Box 352–10204 Kiria-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Macharia Wambugu alias Macaria Wambugu alias Macharia Wambugu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya on 16th November, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
