Box 333–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Njau, who died on 9th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Esther Jemursi Cherimo, of P.O. Box 5–30214, Ziwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salamon Kiptanui, who died at Kipsomba, on 15th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. Box 2004–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sagana Ngososei, who died at Kipchamo, on 12th February, 1996. CAUSE NO. Box 1254–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Kite, who died at Kelji Rock Farm, on 6th March, 1999. CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2023 By (1) Cheruiyot Kipsaina and (2) Fred Kosgei Biwott, both of P.O. Box 45–30114, Kaptagat in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsaina Chelagat, who died at Kapsundei, on 24th February, 2004.
