TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 204 OF 2023 By (1) Titus Barasa Makhanu and (2) Caleb Simiyu Makhanu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Inzayi Mulongo, who died at Kimoson, on 12th November, 2012. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By (1) Emily Otieno and (2) George Kennedy Otieno Weda, both of P.O. Box 30124–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Theodorus Otieno Weda, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
