TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By (1) Jackson ole Marpe and (2) Leitato ole Lentiol, both of P.O. Box 66–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olekisai Marpe, who died at Olkinyei Location, on 2nd August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By (1) Lemeria ole Sopia and (2) Lesinko ole Sopia, both of P.O. Box 425–40200, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitirman Sopia alias Kitima ole Sopia, who died at Olkinyei Village, on 10th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
