TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2023 By (1) Keleiyo ene Mamaiyiai and (2) Meleje ole Maamayia, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mamayai ole Ncharo Leshinka, who died at Loodokilani, on 21st June, 2009. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By Lenkiteng ole Lomenyenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Soine Lenkiteng Lomenyenya alias Soine Koikai Lenkiteng, who died at Eselenkei, on 2nd March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
