E199 OF 2023 By Daniel Muasya Muthuka, of P.O. Box 72, Wamunyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kimilu Nzivo, who died on 8th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2023 By Stephen Kikuvi Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Kilonzo Mbengei, who died in 1991. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By William Ndolo Ndetei, of P.O. Box 17–90140, Matiliku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muoti Kioko, who died on 23rd October, 1998.
