TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2023 By (1) Alfred Mutegi Thambu and (2) Elsie Kangai Thambu, both of P.O. Box 77, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Thambu M’Murianki alias Thambu Murianki, who died at Kiirua Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By Francis Mbii Ndethio, of P.O. Box 201, Chiakariga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndethiu M’Kaunga, who died at Gaceraka, on 26th May, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
